Our Pricing Model Offers Real Value Think of FacilitatePro as an electronic conference center where multiple meetings, web conferences and surveys run simultaneously. Unlike most applications, our software is licensed for an unlimited number of concurrent meetings and users, offering maximum flexibility to run multiple sessions for any size group. Secure data partitions allow groups and facilitators to work completely independently all within a single electronic conference center.

We require an annual license renewal fee that provides you with product upgrades and technical support throughout the year. It also includes automatic registration in our online User Forum, where you have access to tutorials, webinars and much more.

We offer several packages designed to match the web collaboration solution that is right for your organization. Each includes a Custom Success Plan, our unique methodology to help you plan your implementation and stay on course.

The Standard Software and Support Package - $19,240 The Standard package gets you off to a fast start using FacilitatePro meeting and survey tools to enhance collaboration and productivity in your organization. In addition to the software license, we provide on-site training for up to eight facilitators and an implementation roadmap to help you get the most value from your new software across many departments, workgroups and teams. This package includes:

  • Standard Internal Use License
  • Unlimited number of participants and facilitators
  • Unlimited number of sessions
  • Annual License Fee for the first year*
  • FacilitatePro Facilitator Training - 2 days**
  • Custom Success Plan

Included in the standard license are 3 secure data partitions to provide separate and secure areas for particular departments or events, on a short term or long term basis.

*Annual License Fee of $2,995 is renewable yearly and includes upgrades and technical support.
**Travel expenses for trainer not included.
