Concise, precise and well written. It doesn't happen often. When it happens, I like to give positive feedback. My friend, philosopher Esa Sarinen from Finland, advises not to hold back positive feedback. I agree. If you have something positive to say, don't keep it inside; it doesn't belong to you, Give it to whom it belongs. It will help improve your ratio and soon you'll be at or above the "magic ratio" (3 positives for each negative). In the process, you'll let another person know about hers or his sunny side. Notice that there is a place for negativity. Without appropriate negative feedback things can spin out of control. But if you want more than control in your life, if your aim is to flourish, make sure you can find three genuine positives (fakes count as negative) for each negative feedback you feel compelled to give. It sounds simple, but it requires practice. At the end of the day before you close your eyes, instead of counting sheep do something more productive. Count your positives and negatives. You'll never know the power of it until the count comes at least to three positives for each negative.
